Property Rules

Only Members in good standing are permitted at our properties

Every member of the Club MUST abide by the following set of rules when using the Club’s property(s).

Any member who fails to respect or abide by the rules of the Club can be proposed for expulsion by the Odbor (Executive Committee), or by a single member. 

1) The property(s) and Cottage(s) will be treated with the utmost respect.     Once departing, everything will be cleaned up and put back in its’ original location.

2) When departing, members WILL NOT leave any food, beverages, or supplies behind. What members brings with them, must also be taken home.

3) Only Members in good standing are permitted to use the Club’s properties. Member(s) found breaking this rule will be investigated by the Odbor.

4) To reserve a property, a member shall contact the Lovnik (Hunting Committee) with the date(s) requested. Every member will also have access to the Club’s generator(s), which will be stored with the Lovnik, and NEVER left at the property(s).

5) The member that books the property is responsible for his group. This includes any damages or if a mess is left behind. This person must also contact the Lovnik with any additional people that were added after the property was originally booked.

6) The Lovnik will hold on to and distribute the keys to the property(s) as requested. The Member, who made the reservation, will return the key within 3 days of returning from his trip.

7) A deposit of $50 will be paid for the property key. If a key is lost or damaged, the $50 will be used to replace all locks on the property.

8) If a property is already reserved by another member, he will contact the member that is holding reservation, and ask for permission.

9) If any member would like to donate (Furniture, Outdoor Equipment, Kitchen Supplies, etc.) to improve the club’s properties must get approval from the Odbor (Executive Committee).
